LOCATION

Warsaw
Warsaw is the capital city of Poland. It is one of the quickest
developing cities in Europe. The majority of multinational companies in
Poland including major banks, financial institutions and embassies are
headquartered in Warsaw. During the last couple of years Warsaw has dynamically
developed as a financial and service center. Many modern and very interesting
office buildings and retail centers have mushroomed throughout the city,
which has led to a change in its appearance. The central location and
the excellent public transport connections - both local and international
make Warsaw a strong contender to be the center of the united Europe.
Szucha Avenue
Located on the border of the Mokotów and Śródmieście districts, Szucha
Avenue is one of the most beautiful streets in Warsaw and also one
of the most prestigious. Many ministries, embassies and important state
institutions have their headquarters there.
Szucha Avenue happens to be an excellent communication point. Almost at
the cross-section of the North-South road (ul. Puławska, ul. Marszałkowska)
and the East-West road (Trasa Łazienkowska). A great attraction of the
location is quick access to the airport and its proximity to the Central
Train Station and all districts of Warsaw.
On both sides of Szucha Avenue there is great history - old monumental
houses and palaces from the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries.
Only minutes away are the Centre for Contemporary Art, Botanical Garden
and famous Łazienki Park - one of the most beautiful in Europe.
