Articom Center Szucha 21
Articom Center Szucha 21 is a unique and A+ exclusive office building. The great architecture of the building, which meets the highest standards, is created by RKW Rhode Kellerman Wawrowsky.
Six office floors with a restaurant and service units on the ground floor, 60 parking spaces on the three underground levels which are connected with the offices by direct, modern lifts, a spacious hall with a reception and glazed ceiling above the main entrance - all of this to fulfil and exceed your comfort and expectations.
Glazed walls (windows from the floor to ceiling) provide access for natural light to all the offices. From the eastern, southern and western sides of the building windows are equipped with automatic, remotely controlled sunscreens.
Each floor boasts a well thought out and convenient arrangement of kitchen, sanitary areas and server rooms. This, along with the structural cabling (category 8) placed under the raised floor, provides a multitude of space arrangement options to meet your needs.
A special system of modern full air conditioning and the option of electronic control of temperature, air flow and lighting from each of the premises, will enable a totally optimal atmosphere for you and each of your employees.
A magnetic card control system will assure high security at office and garage premises.
The building was sold.
